What is it for you?

The WomenBridges is part of a bigger initiative named momgotajob, dedicated to fulfilling life for women and mothers in all their roles. WomenBridges provides a comprehensive approach and concrete methodology to support the career paths of young women, especially those in vulnerable situations, to achieve economic independence and employment. At the same time, it develops the competencies of youth workers and NGO teams in implementing and co-develop this approach.

The long-term goal of WomenBridges is the effective inclusion of young women in public life by providing quality and balanced employment as entrepreneurs, self-employed, or employees.

It is an opportunity to experience firsthand the WomenBridges process and to equip yourself with the competencies to guide and support other women. You will join a fast-growing community of women and will become part of the core team of the WomenBridges program. In the scope of the current project, you will participate in the co-creation of the pilot activities for young women and will be able to put into practice the competencies built through the training of trainers course. In the long term, you will be able to continue working with the WomenBridges program, as we see it as a long-term activity and a permanent activity of the partnering organizations.

Cumulatively the training team is competent in delivering training for youth workers within the Erasmus+ framework, entrepreneurship, project and people management, career development and guidance in various environments (corporate, nonprofit, freelancing, etc.), communication, diversity and inclusion, leadership, mentoring and others.
