Dora Nikolova works for Dell – Professional Services for Austria and Switzerland. She has worked in the IT industry for most of her career and is a firm believer in the positive changes that digital transformation and innovation can bring for us. She is always fascinated by the connection between people and technology, especially by the adaptability and flexibility of the people who empower and train them.
Iva Gumnishka is the founder and CEO of Humans in the Loop, a social enterprise that trains and employs vulnerable, conflict-affected people to perform data annotation-related tasks for AI, and holds a degree in Human Rights from Columbia University and is passionate about developing ethical and unbiased AI systems.
Ilire Hasani-Mavriqi is the head of the research data management team at TU Graz and a senior researcher at the Know-Center. The RDM team is the main point of contact for all matters relating to research data management tools and services at TU Graz.
They will address topics around the constant changes in market demand, which leads to the importance of data analytics, AI, machine learning, etc., and how this impacts the future skills that will be relevant in the IT sector.

We will celebrate International Day of Sign Languages this September with a webinar on deaf culture, identity, and International Sign Language in Europe!
At EU and international level, international sign (IS) is increasingly being used. An international sign is also increasingly used in the web streaming of events and meetings. It also allows sign language users to participate at meetings and conferences where interpretation is provided in several spoken languages.
Alma Mujanović, who will conduct the webinar and who is hearing impaired, began actively engaging in human rights issues and participating in many fields of non-formal education and integration in the social environment. Currently, she is a member of many organizations, as well as the President and Co-Founder of Sign for Word (Znak za riječ) Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina whose Facebook page is a platform publishing daily videos featuring words in sign language that bring it closer to a larger community.
