Dora Nikolova works for Dell – Professional Services for Austria and Switzerland. She has worked in the IT industry for most of her career and is a firm believer in the positive changes that digital transformation and innovation can bring for us. She is always fascinated by the connection between people and technology, especially by the adaptability and flexibility of the people who empower and train them.<\/p>\n

Iva Gumnishka is the founder and CEO of Humans in the Loop, a social enterprise that trains and employs vulnerable, conflict-affected people to perform data annotation-related tasks for AI, and holds a degree in Human Rights from Columbia University and is passionate about developing ethical and unbiased AI systems.<\/p>\n

Ilire Hasani-Mavriqi is the head of the research data management team at TU Graz and a senior researcher at the Know-Center. The RDM team is the main point of contact for all matters relating to research data management tools and services at TU Graz.<\/p>\n

They will address topics around the constant changes in market demand, which leads to the importance of data analytics, AI, machine learning, etc., and how this impacts the future skills that will be relevant in the IT sector.<\/p>\n
